CUSTOM ORDER & PROOF APPROVAL POLICY

Effective Date: August 15, 2026

All Stall10 Tags merchandise is custom manufactured. This Custom Order & Proof Approval Policy defines the workflow, timelines, and responsibilities governing every custom production run.

1. Design & Proof Delivery

  • Custom tag layouts are created using logos, color requirements, and roster lists supplied by Customer.

  • Digital proofs are transmitted electronically via direct email or shared Google Drive links.

  • Proofs display the overall visual layout, typography, placement, and roster configurations.

2. Customer Inspection & Verification Obligations

Customer is strictly responsible for comprehensive verification of all proof contents prior to granting approval, including:

  • Spelling of all individual player and coach names.

  • Jersey numbers and designated positions/roles.

  • Accuracy of team names, slogans, and sponsor marks.

  • Overall design balance, logo placement, and color combinations.

3. Formal Proof Sign-Off

  • Explicit Approval Required: Afluentis will not release any order to print facilities based on verbal instructions or automated time expirations. Production will remain on hold until Customer provides unambiguous, affirmative written confirmation via email (e.g., "Proof is approved for print" or "Good to go").

  • Production Timeline Impacts: Estimated production turnaround times begin only after both written proof approval and full invoice payment have been received. Afluentis is not liable for shipping deadlines, tournament delivery targets, or event dates missed as a result of delayed customer proof review or late approval responses.

4. Changes & Modifications

  • Revisions requested prior to approval will be adjusted and delivered via an updated proof version.

  • Once written approval is provided and the invoice is paid, an order is locked and immediately scheduled for third-party production. No further additions, deletions, text adjustments, or modifications can be made.

5. Liability for Approved Content

Afluentis LLC is not financially or operationally responsible for errors, misspellings, or discrepancies present in the final physical merchandise if the manufactured products match the digitally approved proof. Reprints necessitated by Customer-approved errors are treated as new orders and billed at regular rates.
